Inspiring Leaders, Creative Learners - Paul Hamlyn Foundation

Inspiring Leaders, Creative Learners is a project that will run for two academic years in conjunction with darts and the Paul Hamlyn Foundation.  The project is strongly aligned to the Fund's priorities of supporting the needs of pupils, experiencing inequity and embedding learning through the arts in the curriculum and teacher professional development.  

The project will benefit children in all The Rose Learning Trust's schools as well as building on it's existing relationship with darts with whom it has worked on previous successful projects such as Creative Classrooms and Doncaster Music Hub.     

This project is focused on pupils' Communication and Language and Personal, Social and Emotional skills.  It aims to build teachers' arts based practice, using drama and storytelling to improve core skills such as focus, empathy and vocabulary.
